As is its yearly practice, the U.S. Social Security Administration recently released a list of the most popular baby names for the past year. (Jacob, Mason, and William for boys and Sophia, Isabella, and Emma for girls topped that roster.) Bu
t they also released the least popular names, demonstrating that Americans are allowed to name children almost anything! Many countries have strict rules governing the naming of offspring, however.
